Goodbye Panasonic(AVC)

Thursday will be a day of beginnings.

I have been assigned a new project which starts tomorrow. And having a new project means having new team mates, new devices, and a new working environment. Tomorrow, I will be commuting to Shin-Yokohama for work, as opposed to Kamoi, and I am excited for all the new things that are about to happen.

But let me take this moment to say thanks, and goodbye to my current project, and all the people involved in it. Allow me to be nostalgic and pensive just for today.

I had my reservations at the beginning since I had no prior experience with digital cameras.  But, as my then leader told me, it’s all software. It doesn’t really matter what device or form it takes, as long as it’s software, then you can read and analyze its logic and take it from there. He was right.

They needed someone who can hit the ground running, and I sprinted my way all the way to the finish line, which is basically the product release.

With all my heart I am thankful and greatful to have been part of such a wonderful team who embraced all my strengths and helped me work through my weaknesses.

This is a farewell to this chapter of my life. I have learned a lot, and I am looking forward to using those to further my personal and career growth, wherever the twisted thread of destiny will take me.

Goodbye team.
Goodbye Kamoi.
Goodbye Panasonic.

Farewell gift from people who work at the convenience store near the office.

I'm an active-lifestyle enthusiast. I love the outdoors. A geek on weekdays, a sports buff on weekends. I was a worry wart for some time. But because of that I'm enjoying the present. Snowboarder, app developer, runner, gadget collector, hiker are some of the things I am. A healthy mind deserves a healthy body. So shape up!
