Since it was a weekend, we decided to expand our food arsenal by going to the supermarket.

Breakfast

Cereals with milk, raisins, yogurt, banana and honey.

Lunch

Pumpkin soup with bamboo shoots on coconut-milk.

Ingredients: Pumpkin, bamboo shoots, aburaage, ginger, coconut milk, green bell peppers, spring onions

Dinner

Sauteed veggies and tofu.

Ingredients: Garlic scapes, bell peppers, tofu, carrots, soy sauce, honey and avocados.
