Pesce and Veggie Diaries: Day 6

They say that a great breakfast fuels you up and gets you ready for the day. If that is the case, then I started my day with a full tank.


A simple egg omelette breakfast with sauted beans and danish bread on the side.

Ingredients(Sauted Beans): Red kidney beans, onions, salt and pepper

Ingredients(Omelette): Eggs and tomatoes.


I forgot to take a photo of my lunch, but I had a Natto(fermented bean) sushi roll, pumpkin vegetable salad and green smoothie. Since chef is a pescetarian, he could eat seafood.  He ate this “sammich” from Subway.


This is a tomato-based pasta. Who knew kidney beans would be a great addition to a pasta sauce?

Ingredients: Tofu, white kidney beans, eggplant, green bell peppers, tomato sauce, onions, garlic, cheese and spaghetti.
