Pesce and Veggie Diaries: Day 13

I think my creativity is taking a nose-dive. From now on I’ll just skip the narration and go straight to the food.

Breakfast

The danish bread is back! This is just peanut butter and jelly(strawberry and blueberry jam) with egg on the side.

Lunch

I like subway now. Even if they only have four variations of vegetarian food on their menu.

Dinner

There are two dishes here, first the spinach adobo (Filipino-style).  The second one is a stir-fry of sorts. “Of Sorts” means whatever vegetable is nearing its expiration date and needs to be cooked now or let it go to waste. This week’s of sorts are: maidake mushrooms, and egg plants. Technically, the spinach should have been included in this stir-fry, but I decided to make it its own dish.
