Going on third week of being a vegetarian and I think I need to do something about why I have been feeling tired a lot lately. Maybe I need to take vitamin or protein supplements. Anyway, on to today’s dish.
Breakfast
This napolitan spaghetti reminds me of the one we had back home. It’s a little bit on the sweet side for my liking, but the saltiness of the egg certainly balances the entire dish.
Sauce Ingredients: Belle Papers, Tomato Sauce, Ketchup, Onions, Salt and Pepper
Lunch
To continue Subway week, I’ve had the Egg-bread(Tamago) on White bread. This was delicious. I’ve now tried 3 of the 5 bread variety they have. Marlo had another fish bento. I believe this one is a mackerel.
Dinner
This is a vegan dish that chef tried to recreate. The original recipe for this one can be found here, but he modified it based on whatever ingredients we had in our pantry. This was a satisfying meal.
Ingredients: Cabbage, Potatoes, Carrots, Onions, Peanuts, Turmeric
