Pesce and Veggie Diaries: Day 18

Breakfast

There were lots of leftover ingredients from previous meals so Chef decided to make an amalgamation of everything, and this is what came out of that experiment.

Ingredients: Onions, Tofu, Bell Peppers, Cream Cheese, Egg

Lunch

Now this is an actual basil pasta, not the coriander type that was made last night.

Ingredients: Basila Sauce, Garlic scapes, cheese, pepper, fried egg

Dinner

We had dinner at Baqet, a typical family restaurant. The food was not great tough it wasn’t particularly bad neither. Maybe it was just bad timing, their bread was really hard. Again, I like chef’s dishes better. Sometimes I wonder why we even go and eat out at all.
