Breakfast

Chef is at it again with his original creations. He coated the tofu with a mixture of flour, salt, pepper, cumin, coriander, turmeric and garlic powder. He then pan-fried the coated tofu until it turned golden brown. The result was this dish that most curry eaters would love.

Lunch

Subway for me, Shrimp Gratin for Marlo.

Dinner

Chef followed this “Tofu and Cabbage Curry” recipe for this dish. It was tasty and I liked it a lot. Although, to be honest, I love anything curry.

Ingredients: Onions, Cumin, Coriander, Coconut Milk, Cabbage, Tofu Cubes, Curry Roux
